Vessel Ops 4- Safety at sea

When the class of 2016 visited the sea safety manufacturing building in Jersey, I found the type 1 PFDs the most fascinating. The wearable suits provide protection from the massive, aggressive scenarios of an abandon ship. These suits can provide warmth , buoyancy and even your own personal survival equipment. One thing I thought was cool was the wax in the top right pocket. The wax should be applied frequently to maintain the seal. I'm confident to say I'd be quite comfortable abandoning ship with this suit.
