crunch time on Lettie G Howard
It's coming down to the final prep work on Lettie G. Howard before she starts sailing. This week consisted of many little and independent projects. Hanna the deckhand and I took up many of those projects. We started by reefing the deck in the spots where the deck boxes up forward belong. We checked the seams to see if the cotton in side was dry, if it wasn't we would leave it open to try or add acetone to get all the moisture out. All the small faults could be really dangerous, so it was really important for us to finish up all these projects!
